The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, with a boot dryer, spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry and large closet. A quaint living/media area with a wet bar has access to a private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace sitting area. The fourth bedroom with queen bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom with a stand-up steam shower.
One level up a semi-open concept main living level features the professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine and island seating. A dining room is situated off another entranceway with a powder room. The sunk-in living room is centered on a gas fireplace with access to expanded outdoor living on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. Views of the valley trail and mountains can be enjoyed from the private balcony.
The third or top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with king bed offers a large walk-in closet, private balcony with mountain views and spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has a 3 tier high bunk bed (singles) plus a single bed (see pictures), and the third bedroom has a queen bed. A shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive (approximately $2.50 per ride). Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. For guests visiting in the winter months (December- March) we provide one parking pass per unit for an underground parking garage located in the main village center, about a 2-3 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center. Guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi place, a liquor store, a coffee shop and other retail outlets.
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
Guests are to check in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
