Enter the property through the private 2 car garage with ample room to store your equipment. The mud room on the ground floor has storage for jackets and other gear and a washing machine and dryer and sink.

Also on the ground floor, the newly decorated office/study area that has 2 desks and is a great spot for a few hours of work. 
The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor has large windows and high ceiling allowing for lots of natural light and great mountain views. The bed can be set up as a King (or 2 twins (XL) upon advance request). Just off the bedroom is a full bathroom.
The small sitting/TV lounge has the walk-out to the private 2-person hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace with a sitting area facing the mountains.

Up a flight of stairs is the main living area. The main floor has a top-of-the-line kitchen with integrated stainless-steel appliances such as a gas wolf range, a full-sized sub-zero fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, built-in microwave, dishwasher, upgraded white countertops and backsplash and multiple small appliances. Also included are all the cooking items (pots and pans) and flatware/utensils etc...., to prepare and serve small to large meals. 

To the left of the kitchen is the sunken living area, with a gas fireplace, TV, overlooking the private balcony with a BBQ. Enjoy the mountain views on this covered patio all year long!
To the right of the kitchen is the dining area with a table that seats 8 comfortably,  and a main floor entrance to the home with ample closet space for your winter jackets! 

Head up another flight of stairs to the third floor and you will find the three more bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, shower, and bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has one double bed and TV. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom on the top floor with a shower/tub combo.

LOCATION 
The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets. 
  • Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.  
  • Walking: a 9 minute flat walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 10-minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. 
  • Public Transit: A public bus stop is located across the street from the complex. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7-minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride). 
  • Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.  

  

 
AGE REQUIREMENTS 

Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID before check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided. 
NO PETS or SMOKING ANY SUBSTANCE.
 

NO SUBLETTING

Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.


CHECK-IN INFORMATION 

To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $1,500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in and released after departure providing there is no damage. We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed.
