Enter the property through the private garage with ample room to store your equipment. The mud room on the ground floor has storage for jackets and other gear and a washing machine and dryer.  

The first bedroom is located just after the mud room on the ground floor. The bedroom has a queen bed, floor-to-ceiling storage and clerestory windows allowing natural light to enter the room. This bedroom has ensuite access to the bathroom on this floor. Past this bedroom is the media room/den complete with two desks, a TV with cable, A queen Murphy bed. Access to the outdoor living space is through the media room, enjoy the private 2-person hot tub and outdoor fireplace as the snow falls! 

Up a flight of stairs is the main living area. This floor has a top-of-the-line kitchen with integrated stainless-steel appliances such as a gas wolf range, a full-sized fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. This kitchen features upgraded white countertops and backsplash. 

To the left of the kitchen is the sunken living area with a TV overlooking the private balcony with a BBQ, enjoy the mountain views on this covered patio all year long! To the right of the kitchen are the dining table (seats 8 comfortably) and a secondary entrance to the home with ample closet space for your winter jackets! 

Head up another flight of stairs to the third floor and you will find the three other bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, shower, and bathtub. The second bedroom on this floor has two twin beds. The third bedroom on this floor has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

LOCATION 
The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets. 
  • Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.  
  • Walking: a 5–7-minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5–7-minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. 
  • Public Transit: A public bus stop is located across the street from the complex. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7-minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride). 
  • Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.  

  

CONCIERGE SERVICE 

Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, childcare, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed. 
  

AGE REQUIREMENTS 

Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided. 
 

NO SUBLETTING

Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.


CHECK-IN INFORMATION 

Guests are to check in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1,000. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
