Lake Placid Lodge #18 Description

Located in Whistler’s Creekside village, steps from the gondola, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhome offers all the amenities for your Whistler vacation!
This coach house is situated on the outskirts of Lake Placid Lodge with open outdoor parking and access to all the Lake Placid building amenities including the outdoor pool and hot tubs, bike and ski room, and secured underground parking.

Enter into a spacious entranceway and up one set of stairs to the main floor. An open concept living, dining, and kitchen area to your right with a fully upgraded bathroom and large deck. To the left of the stairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The washer/dryer unit is housed in the master bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the common area on the main floor. The top floor features two additional bedrooms one with a king-size bed that can be converted into two twins upon request and the third bedroom with a bunk bed (queen on bottom and single on top) plus an additional single bed.  A small nook with a futon is nestled at the top of the stairs.

    • PLEASE NOTE! The hot tub is being retiled starting in June and is anticipated to end in late July. The Strata is doing its best to keep the pool, sauna, and sun decks open. Please anticipate the hot tub being closed and minor construction at the pool area during this period. 
  • Bike and ski room 
  • Secure underground parking (available on a first-come, first-served basis). 
  • 10-minute drive to the main whistler village 
  • Steps from creekside gondola access
LOCATION
The property is located in Whistler’s Creekside Village approximately 10 minutes drive from the main Whistler Village. Located steps from the Creekside Gondola that access Whistler Mountain and the bike park in the summer. Creekside Village also boasts several restaurants and retail outlets including; Starbucks, Dusty’s Bar and BBQ, a grocery store, a café, rental shops, and plenty more. Within walking distance to Nita and Alpha Lake nearby and gondola access to the bike park, this makes a perfect summer and winter location.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets,  pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1000. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
