A three-level, four-bedroom plus TV area, two and a half bathroom townhome with mountain views, private hot tub and BBQ, and access to nearby ski trails. The home features new flat-screen televisions and spacious open space. Enjoy all the comforts of our premium quality fully equipped townhome with large flat LCD TVs, private garage and driveway, private hot tub, fireplace and much much more. Located within walking distance to the Whistler center giving you both the conveniences of restaurants, shopping and much more at close range while enjoying the quiet and peaceful ambiance of this pristine property.

Living Areas
The spacious main living area is located on the top floor and features vaulted ceilings, picture windows, a cozy presto log fireplace, comfy couches and a stereo with a CD player. For your entertainment needs, the den features a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. The spacious fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area that seats 8 comfortably and provides access to the large deck where after a day on the slopes you can relax in your own private hot tub or enjoy a BBQ meal.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom is also located on the top floor and features a queen bed, flat-screen TV and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed bathtub with an overhead shower. The other 3 guest bedrooms are located down one level on the second floor. The second bedroom features a king split bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed consisting of a double on the base and single on the top plus an additional single bed. The separate bathroom on this level features a bathtub with an overhead shower and single vanity. For added comfort, there is a guest powder room on the top level. The TV areas off the living area also has a queen sofa bed.

Ski Access:
For access to the mountains, many guests choose to drive or taxi 2 minutes to the base of Whistler Village to access the gondola and lifts adjacent to the Westin Resort & Spa. Alternatively, more adventurous guests can ski-in via a ski trail off the Lower Olympic ski run that ends with a climb down 100 plus stairs to the middle of the Northern Lights neighbourhood. Guests can use this same access to ski-out by climbing up the 100 plus stairs and then hiking up the ski trail to the Lower Olympic run.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
Concierge service Is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, dinner reservations, ski/board lessons, organize and purchase lift tickets on your behalf, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree, relaxing vacation. Once you make your reservation, our concierge will be contacting you to assist with all your needs and questions.


AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for pre-authorization. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
