Located just on the outskirts of the main village centre this unit offers close proximity to everything you will want while being walking distance to the base of the mountain or just a short minute walk to the village shuttle. On the main level, you will find an open concept living room with a pull-out sofa, and dining and kitchen area centered around a gas fireplace. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower and in-suite washer/dryer complete the first level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with two twin beds (can be converted into a king bed upon request) and a master bedroom with a king bed with access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

LOCATION
This unit is located in the Northstar complex just off Northlands Boulevard. Just across the street from the north end of the village stroll and Marketplace area. The village playground and Olympic Plaza are just a few minute's walk from the unit with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The complex has a communal heated outdoor pool and hot tub available all year-round. One designated parking stall is available in the underground parking with visitor parking on a first come first serve basis. 


AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

 

NO SUBLETTING

Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay. 


CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in. 
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.
